You'll run a set of washes on a regular route. Nobody stands over your shoulder. You set the standard and you keep it.

Craft

Fix it right

You'll work on pumps, guns, heaters, pay stations, and in-bay automatics. Diagnose the problem, fix what you can, and know when to call a vendor.

Upside

Share in the growth

On top of your pay, you'll earn commission on wash club memberships. When your sites gain members, your pay goes up.

$40,000–$60,000 a year (base plus bonus), plus commission on memberships

Schedule

Flexible, route-based hours across 2–3 locations, with on-call coverage when equipment goes down

Dallas–Fort Worth area. You'll drive between sites, so you need reliable transportation.

About the role

We're adding self-serve and in-bay automatic washes in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. We want one dependable operator to own those sites: keep them running, keep them clean, and keep customers coming back.

Site Operator · The Work

What you'll do.

Keep the equipment running. This covers in-bay automatics, self-serve bays, pumps, guns and hoses, heaters, vacuums, and pay stations. You'll fix what you can and call in vendors for the rest.
Visit every site on a regular route. Check chemicals and titration, water quality, nozzles, brushes, and lighting.
Keep the bays, pits, vacuums, trash, and grounds clean.
Handle cash and coin collection and reconcile it accurately.
Restock chemicals and supplies, and track what's used.
Respond when a site goes down, and get it back up fast.
Sell and support wash club memberships, and earn commission on what you sell.
Keep simple logs: maintenance, downtime, collections, and membership counts.

Site Operator · Who We Want

What we're looking for.

Hands-on experience maintaining car wash equipment, or similar mechanical work such as pressure washing, pumps, HVAC, or facilities
You can troubleshoot basic electrical, plumbing, and hydraulic problems
You're trustworthy with cash
You can work alone, follow a schedule without supervision, and answer the phone when a site goes down
A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

Nice to have

Experience with self-serve or in-bay automatic equipment, for example PDQ, Ryko/OPW, Coleman Hanna, or Sonny's
Experience selling memberships or other customer sales
Bilingual in English and Spanish
